The only external service this site loads is Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when the page loads the typefaces used on this site — that's a standard part of how web fonts work, not something we control or receive data from.
We use this information only to respond to you, arrange coaching calls or sessions, and provide the coaching service itself if you choose to become a client. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Only we have access to this data through our Netlify account.
We keep your information for as long as it's relevant to our working relationship, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you contact us but never become a client, we'll delete your details if you ask, or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
