The short version

Why I do this.

For as long as I can remember, I've been the person people come to when something's going on — a friend stuck in a loop with someone, someone who can't work out what a text meant, someone who just needs to talk it through out loud.

What I've always been good at is two things: helping people work out what's driving a situation in their own head — the mindset and habits behind it — and helping them read other people and situations more clearly, so they're not guessing.

I've also always been the one who doesn't just listen — I make a plan. Here's what's going on, here's what to do about it, here are the steps. And I follow up, so it isn't a conversation that ends when the call does.

Honestly, seeing someone make progress and watching the advice land is what I enjoy most about this. It's the whole reason I do it.

That's what Coaching Calibre is built around: someone who'll listen, help you see what's going on clearly, and work out what to do about it.
